1. Why cant I type my full name in the username box?
You need to register before logging in. Please click on New User / Register below the Log In button. Then type in your first name, last name and the registration key you received in the mail. You will find your registration key in the membership packet, in the body of the welcome letter.

2. I click the submit button on the registration page and nothing happens?
The problem could be your web browser. If you use Mozilla / Firefox or Netscape you must make changes to the browser settings. We will happily email you instructions on how to change your browser settings for Mozilla / Firefox or Netscape. If you prefer to speak with someone live, please call our technical support at 866-602-4081.
If you use Internet Explorer, Safari or Opera, you should not experience this type of problem.

3. I forgot my username and password. How do I get them?
If you forgot your password simply click on Forgot your password? link under the New User / Register link. You will be prompted to enter your username, password reminder question and password reminder answer. You will then receive an email at the address you provided when you registered. This email will contain your password.

4. How do I get my registration key?
Within 30 days of joining MDVIP, or approximately three weeks prior to your physician opening their MDVIP affiliated practice, you should receive a membership packet. Your registration key is in the body of the welcome letter within this packet. If your packet was lost or discarded, please call 1-866-602-4081 to obtain your registration key.

5. After I register, will I still need my registration key to access my personal health web site?
No. After you have registered the only information you will need is the username and the password you have chosen.

6. I am using an Apple (iMac) computer. Which browser is ideal for this site?
For most Mac users, Safari is the most common Internet browser. Internet Explorer is ideal, however Opera is also fine.

7. I have AOL and I cannot use my AOL to log in. Why?
AOL utilizes several pop-up blockers, spyware and adware applications as well as some firewall features that could prevent you from properly accessing our secure website.

8. Can I change my username?
Yes. Simply call us toll - free at 1-866-602-4081 and we will have our Information Technology (IT) team change your username, per your request.
