As an MDVIP patient you will receive a Medical Record Mini CD containing your medical history, The MDVIP Physical summary, lab results, EKG, and other relevant medical information. This Mini CD is small enough to conveniently fit in a wallet or purse and is accessible via standard CD-ROM drives for use by specialists or emergency personnel.
