No big events, just prompt appointments, phone call returns, etc. Super service!

Dr. West is always responsive to your phone calls and any medical need you have. He and his staff are incredibly professional and caring.The office atmosphere is friendly and uplifting.
The office almost makes medical appointments fun.

Occasionally I report a health concern/issue, via phone, to Dr. West's office. Usually the same day, he calls, either sets-up a same-day/next day appointment or calls to discuss the issue and/or prescribes an antibiotic over the phone. Via a phone call or an immediate appointment, Dr W always assures me of my concern/issue.

I moved to Atlanta in 1995 and was referred to Dr West by a friend at work. Everything about his medical treatment is superb, including his staff. But my favorite moment would be when he told me he was going to be a grandfather for the first time and I had the pleasure of giving him my Grandpa hat.
