From the viewpoint of a 93-year-old and a patient for around 20 years who can still use her computer programs with moderate skill and serve on philanthropic boards, anyone would have to agree she must be exceptional, Dr. Patricia Ng is a wonderful diagnostician, incredibly patient about one's calls and in-person discussions. When she feels a patient needs to see a specialist, she chooses the best, the most skilled in her or his field. As the widow of a much respected doctor who always picked the best MDs around Southern California for me I know something about the very vest. He would be pleased to know I had such outstanding medical support from a caring physician. I consider myself extremely fortunate.

In my experience dealing with doctors prior to meeting Dr. Ng, I was faced with long wait times and very short doctor visits. With Dr. Ng and her staff, I have had a completely different and very positive experience. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Ng spends a long amount of time with me at each visit. She genuinely cares about her patients, and knows me on a personal level. Even during after-office hours, she responds to my calls or emails promptly. I'm grateful to have found a doctor that gives me the care and attention I've been looking for.

In my 67 years, Dr. Ng is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had. Her care for her patients, her availability by phone or email 24/7, her prompt return of calls, all contribute to the most positive medical experience I have ever had. Dr. Ng always takes her time with you, never rushes, pays attention to every detail. She is aggressive in diagnosing and providing treatment or referrals for any ailment presented. She seems more like a member of the family than just my doctor.

Dr Ng is my hero. She is always there when you need her. She has saved me countless days of suffering and lost productivity by being responsive. She always reads and responds to emails as well as phone calls in a timely manner.

I was the primary caregiver for my parents. It was a very stressful experience due to my father's stomach cancer, my mother's Alzheimer's, and their advanced age. My stress was increased whenever I needed to contact my father's medical office. I would have to spend time listening to an electronic voice telling me what buttons to push in order to speak to a human receptionist, and then we'd have to wait for what seemed forever in the doctor's waiting room before my father would be examined. Being a patient of Dr. Patricia Ng means that whenever needed, no matter what day or time, I will be receiving her care. Once, when I called her office because I was having a scary allergic reaction to shellfish while I was far out of town, boom, she got back to me immediately. When I've had a problem with a pharmacy not providing a prescription on time, she's quickly resolved the problem. And unlike what my father experienced, I know that when I am to see her for a scheduled appointment, time kept waiting will be kept to a minimum. Finally, seeing Dr. Ng is more like a friendly visit than an appointment. I feel welcomed, never rushed, and I'm soothed by her warm and cheerful personality. Thank you Dr. Ng for giving me back a life free of stress.
