Every MDVIP member has their own personalized health website. Some of the
features of your myMDVIP personal website are:
• A custom health risk assessment that establishes risk of disease based on
your genetics, lifestyle and personal history.
• An individualized, trackable wellness plan formulated in partnership with
Duke University and Wellness By Choice.
• A library of educational materials to enhance your personal knowledge on how
to stay fit and live well.
• The ability to communicate with your physician and their staff without having
to call the office
• A secure electronic personal health record which aggregates all of your
medical information
