The MDVIP Physical

MDVIP patients will be given The MDVIP Physical on a yearly basis. Since MDVIP affiliated physicians limit their practice to no more than 600 patients, there will now be time to perform a full, thorough, comprehensive physical examination that is typically not given in most traditional primary care practices due to time constraints.

The MDVIP Physical has been specifically designed with prevention in mind and is the basis for your patients' Personalized Wellness Plans and ongoing preventive care.

It includes, but is not limited to:

• an extensive risk factor assessment that analyzes family history, patient history and lifestyle analysis
• screenings related to mental status
• screenings related to exercise, nutrition and sleep
• screenings related to vision, hearing and pulmonary function testing
• comprehensive laboratory testing
• EKG
