When recently admitted to the hospital with a grim prognosis Dr. Romero was aware that those in charge were going to call Hospice. She immediately asked them to not do that saying “she’s a fighter”, referring to me of course. And she was right!
I am a long term patient with Dr Romero, over 15 years. The reason I stayed this long is that I feel Dr Romero and her staff have showed true interest in my wellbeing.
