My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

The philosophy of how I have practiced medicine has not changed through my career. It is based on a personalized interactive relationship between my patients and myself. I have focused on current preventive care recommendations, early detection of disease states and intervention and patient oriented treatment of those diseases, both chronic and acute. Having added qualifications in geriatric medicine provides additional knowledge to manage the complexities of older patients with multiple diseases in obtaining appropriate intervention and support services. At this point in my career, transitioning to an MDVIP-affiliated practice will allow me to continue providing the service that both physician and patient are accustomed. I also offer conveniences, like same- or next-day appointments that start on time, which may be found in concierge medicine practices.

Dr. Parsons has always been great to respond when I have texted or called him regarding my husband and his hospital visits. When we have come to the office after my husband got out of the hospital, he even helped him back out of the office to the sidewalk, while I went and got the car. When our battery died in the parking lot in the summer, he came out and brought us two cold water bottles… See more

One Friday evening in 2021, about 7:30 pm, my wife was sitting on the edge of our fairly high poster-bed attempting to get down via the steps on the side. Whether it was socks, or something else, she slid off the steps and went headfirst into the nightstand. While she didn't think it was serious, after looking at it, I knew otherwise. Not knowing exactly what to do, ER or urgent care,… See more

I have been a patient of Dr Parsons for over 40 years - my wife as well - we have never had professional care like this!!! Diagnosis extraordinaire, available when needed, follow-up always and I could go on. Dr Parsons is the example for medical professionals to follow. What a blessing he is for all his patients.
