Dr Asesor hooked me on Zumba—a fun and energetic cardio dance exercise. A few years ago, Dr A. organized a Saturday Zumba session via Zoom. Last year, I decided to take additional classes at the YMCA. I love the music and the ambiance—I get to spend quite a bit of energy dancing, and learning new moves keep my brain engaged as well.
