My approach to wellness is to nourish mind, body and soul. Mind and soul come first, because without this, you may not be motivated to take care of your body. Having a healthy relationship with yourself is primary, then healthy relationships with friends and family come naturally. I am a big proponent of healthy eating in the form of a whole-foods diet, along with a regular exercise routine to keep your body strong and to help you stay focused in life.

As a family physician, I want to know my patients personally, not just medically. We can work together to create personalized health goals for you, and I can help guide you to achieving them. I see patients of all ages and multiple generations of the same family. It gives me more insight into who you are and allows me to help give you more personalized care. My MDVIP-affiliated practice specializes in women’s health, chronic disease management, osteopathic manipulation, pediatrics and immunizations. Similar to concierge medicine practices, I also offer conveniences like same- or next-day appointments.

I’ve been in the Dayton/Cincinnati area for the past six years. Moving to West Chester is ideal, and I am thrilled to be serving my neighbors from northern Cincinnati to southern Dayton areas. I am affiliated with Kettering Health Network and Premier Health.
