You have given me the very best of care for over 30 years and I cannot begin to thank you for your time, attention and most of all your true concern.

I am new to Dr. Sultan, but he seems to me wise, well-informed, patient, and has a great sense of humor, Valuable traits.

I met Dr. Tom when I moved into the Glenbrook Hospital Professional Building in 1979 on the first floor as a general practicing dentistry. I was on the first floor and he was on the third. Over the past 2.5 years I have fallen and hit my head three times landing me in the E.R. Each time with multiple injuries to my head and upper body. The first time I feel,I was put in the Hospital for a day and a half for observation due to a concussion that I got from the fall and the fact that I had passed out. Dr. Tom Sultan has been my main doctor for 20 years, and had also been doctor for both of my parents. He has a relaxed, comforting manner, and gently coaches me to move toward a better health situation. I hope he stays working for another few years, and when he chooses to retire, that his successor is one who shares his approach to delivering heath care advice and care.
