In 2014 I decided to replace my primary care doctor and made an appointment with Dr Lie. I had not met her but based on friend’s positive recommendations I decided to make an appointment. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer at this time and luckily my daughter called Dr Lie to ask if she would come meet with me in my hospital room. Dr Lie did come and meet with me and that… See more

My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
My approach is to personalize medical care to fit the patient’s specific circumstances, and to pay acute attention to the whole person. I recognize that achieving wellness is a collaborative effort, and that the patient’s input and goals are essential to successful outcomes.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Lie
I am an active person. If I see something that needs doing...I do it. It becomes the next project.
Summer is approaching, but this year I will be more discerning about tackling one particular project.
This year I will curb my enthusiasm and show the utmost restraint as it applies to thinning the overgrowth of brush in my back yard.
With wild abandon and not a bit of… See more
When we moved to Dallas we needed to transfer our MDVIP membership to a doctor in Dallas. After reviewing the list of Doctors in Dallas we agreed to Dr Lie. We have been extremely happy with our choice. Dr Lie is an excellent physician as well as a very compassionate person. We lost a daughter to cancer shortly before moving to Dallas and have been through dealing with elderly parents and… See more

Dr Lie was so supportive when my husband was hospitalized with an unknown infection. Her sensitivity and care, along with her expert medical oversight, was immensely comforting during a challenging time. We were so grateful!
About 10 years ago a different MDVIP Dr diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes. I am a chocoholic and I told Dr Lie that I was unable (unwilling) to cut chocolate from my diet. I do not and have never taken Insulin. Dr Lie told me the A1C # she would expect from me with those parameters and we have seen eye to eye ever since. I have been able to meet that number with no problem since.
I joined Dr. Lie’s practice last summer. Shortly thereafter her team ran several comprehensive tests and determined I needed to get in better shape for my long term health. Several months later I can say I have lost 55 lbs and am in the best shape of my life. I owe it in large part to the encouragement and professionalism of Dr. Lie and her staff. Thanks so much!
There are not enough words to describe the gratitude and appreciation my wife and I have for Dr. Lie and her gracious staff!!! Her every thought, course of action and genuine concern is focused on her patient's wellbeing. We refuse to change doctors even though we have moved to another state. Simply put you cannot find a better doctor and it she is worth the cost of trip, when needed.
Dr Lie has accepted my 87 year old Mom under her care, we are fortunate to celebrate her Dr day as she exemplifies the exact reason - she listens and shows she cares is why we chose her to care for our family members - She became an integral part of making me able to be my moms 24:7 caregiver and we feel very fortunate to have her involved in her care!
Thanks for all you do everyday!
Love dr. Lie. I always feel she is so thorough and genuinely concerned.
