I have known Dr. Alan Reisinger it seems like a lifetime. He was my doctor years prior to MDVIP. I am his challenge. Anything and everything out of the ordinary happens to me. I can honestly say what ever the situation that arises I feel he will figure it out. I am the patient that keeps him on his toes. I'm not stating anything that is not true. Just ask him. He is one in a million… See more
My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
I am a board-certified internal medicine doctor with a passion for people, a focus on prevention and a desire to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced. As your personal physician, I believe in combining both the art and the science of medicine, and in being relentless in doing what it takes to provide you with the care you deserve. My philosophy of care combines lifestyle change support (e.g., nutrition, exercise, stress management, healthy habits) with advanced tests and screenings aimed at preventing heart disease, stroke and diabetes. I strive to bring you the best of all worlds of healing.
I’ve been practicing personalized primary care as an MDVIP-affiliated physician since 2008, offering same-day or next-day appointments that are unrushed. This preventive healthcare model revolves around the MDVIP Wellness Program, a truly comprehensive yearly assessment of current health and future risks, resulting in a customized plan built around you to help optimize your health and well-being.
My staff works hard to provide a serene, welcoming, healing environment, to inject a little humor when possible and to make you feel like family whenever you call or visit our office. We look forward to hearing from you.

I began seeing Dr.Reisinger in 1993. I had a back problem and my regular doctor wasn't on duty. He met me at the hospital and I later switched to him as my doctor. I find him very compassionate and proactive.
I am a type 1 diabetic for 44 years and he has helped keep me going.
I deeply respect his opinion and the MDIP exlerience.
He makes me want to stay healthy. I have been a patient for many years and he has always been there when needed with good advice and thorough physicals. Love this man and his staff. Great care and personal attention.
I appreciate that Dr Reisinger believes in both Western and Holistic Medicine.
He has kept me focused on living a more healthy lifestyle and encourages me
along the way. I also love that he is available for me to talk to and consult with often.
Dr. Reisinger has been my doctor before and after he joined MDVIP. Now that he is a member of MDVIP he has more time to give me the great care that has always characterized his practice of medicine. I am grateful for the thorough in-person and lab tests that assure me that I am getting the best possible advice on what I should do to insure my continued good health. Dr. Reisinger is simply a fabulous doctor. I'm so grateful to be his patient. He offers care that is personal yet professional. I always know that I am receiving the best medical advice. Also, his staff is wonderful, especially the head nurse Debbie. (But they are all great!)
When I think about Dr. Reisinger, many things come to mind. First and foremost, he is kind and thoughtful. Dr. Reisinger is thorough and generous with his time. He actively embraces new technology and medical information and caringly shares it with us as patients. I have had a wonderful association with him and am able to connect with him which is rare. I am pleased with his affiliation with… See more
Dr Reisinger has provided care for myself and my 3 children (still under age 26). He has been everything we could ask for; incredibly knowledgable, creative, pragmatic, down-to-earth, relatable, and compassionate. I have been a patient of his since the mid-1980s and have had only one other physician in my life who has met his level of excellence. I certainly don't expect to find it… See more
I consider Dr. Reisinger not just my doctor but my mentor and friend. Over the years Dr. Reisinger has been very proactive in my wellness. He provides me with encouragement to keep physically fit and suggestions to improve my health.
