Dr Maleh truly listens to me. He asks questions that are not condescending and he genuinely cares for my well-being. He was equally patient with my late mother who had been a patient of his predecessor for forty some years. She could be fussy about explaining her symptoms and he treated her with the same kindness that he shows me.. After she died, he was one of the few health professionals who… See more

This is why I am so excited to be affiliated with MDVIP; it will allow me to do what I do best, take care of you! I trained at Christiana Care and have been a practicing physician here in Delaware for 17 years, including the last 12 at my primary care office. I have maintained my affiliation with Christiana Care and remain an active member of its Performance Excellence Committee since 2014. I was recognized as a Top Doc in Delaware Magazine in 2014 and in Philadelphia Magazine from 2014-2017. My practice is located in North Wilmington and I presently serve patients in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Maleh
Just a quick note to say how much my husband and I truly appreciate the dedication and care that Dr. Maleh has shown us for many, many years.
He's knowledgable, updated with current treatment protocols, accessible and compassionate. There's not much more one could expect from their family physician. His staff also remains professional and dedicated to serving his patients… See more
In 2018 I was on the operating room table to have a Gastric Sleeve. Imagine my surprise to wake up to be told they couldn't do my surgery. They had seen a shadow on my liver so they aborted the planned surgery and did a biopsy instead. My Mom had died from Cholangiocarcinoma (ko-lan-g-o-car-sin-o-ma) aka bile duct cancer in 2011 and even thou I had been told it was not genetic, I too,… See more
I’ve had the pleasure of having Dr. Maleh as my primary care doctor for almost 18 years… there’s no one I’d rather have as my doctor.. has ALWAYS had a way of explaining or simplifying things, health wise, for me to understand.. thanks for Everything you’ve done, Dr. Maleh!!
When something needed to be done about my rising LDL cholesterol level, Dr. Maleh discussed my taking medication. When I asked if I could first try changing my diet and exercise routine instead, he was cautious yet supportive. Thirteen years later, I am still able to manage it without drugs. I’m grateful there are wonderful medications available if and when I need them. I am even more grateful… See more

Dr. Maleh provides the most important part a physician can offer patients. He asks questions and Listens to the answers. He is very
Compassionate in his communication
and desires to find solutions for patient concerns.
Nine years ago (before any of us were involved with MDVIP) my husband and I lost our older son, age 41, to cancer. During our son's illness, Dave Maleh could not have been more caring and compassionate, willing to spend whatever time we needed during this very difficult time. Following our son's death, we received a card signed by the entire office staff. In addition, Dave sent a… See more
A few weeks ago, I had chills Friday afternoon and I woke up on a Saturday morning with flu like symptoms and a fever. I called Dr. Maleh's After Hours Emergency Cell number and Dr. Maleh answered on the second ring. He called in a prescription for Tamiflu. I took the prescribed medicine and was fine by Tuesday. This is a well appreciated MDVIP benefit.
My husband and I find Dr. Maleh so well prepared and confident. He doesn't practice defensive medicine, over- prescribe or over-react.
He's an excellent listener and I have been happy to recommend him to friends who are equally satisfied.
Many thanks, Dr Maleh, for your reassurance!
