My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

Being a physician is a great honor. I do my best to practice excellence in medicine, and I enjoy it. The most important tools a doctor has are time and the ability to listen. I have extra time to spend with patients listening to all their concerns – big and small. I also have time to help patients navigate through today’s complex healthcare system. I consider myself a friend and an advocate for my patients, as well as their trusted doctor.

Dr.Mark Gregory, your care for our family has been very appreciated. The time you take to listen, explain and prescribe is priceless. You do much more than a usual doctor would do.
As an example: The time I texted you about my sister's allergy and my brother's cancer, you were quickly returning answers to my questions. This outstanding support made me feel like you were… See more

My wife and I live in Naples, Florida, and also have a condo in St. Louis, Mo where we were originally from. After retirement we established Naples as or primary home and obtain services from a Doctor in Naples and also one in St. Louis. We want to have expert medical services when and where needed. Dr. Gregorys name was given to me by two of his patients so my wife and I visited with him… See more

Dr. Gregory, thanks for listening to me about my back pain, and pursuing imaging and referral to ortho. I now know what the problem is. After several months of physical therapy, I am nearly pain free daily for the past couple of years, after several years of daily pain, and no longer need to take NSAIDS.

I was very distressed when I knew that my very favored and capable doctor was retiring - Dr. Stein - I had the opportunity to be introduced to his successor by him Dr. Gregory shortly afterwards, and found him to be most friendly, kind and sensitive to my health needs - and, to have a similar warm and high regard for excellent health care. His interest in me as a person and a patient made it… See more

Hi Mark,

You have been a fantastic doctor and friend over the years. You always have given me as much time as needed during my appointments. Also, your advice and guidance has always been spot on. You go way beyond the call of duty. For example, you helped get our son-in-law into Siteman Center to get a second opinion about his sarcoma cancer -- and even had to help get a room for him… See more

Mark (Dr. Gregory) is the best primary care physician I've every had, and at my age I've had a lot of them from Washington, D.C. to the SF Bay Area to several Midwest locales. He's a gifted clinical diagnostician and regards me as a whole person, not a collection of parts that each require separate treatment. He listens intently, while giving direct, common sense advice about… See more

For me the attached pic says it all: irises that keep coming back year after year. That's what I've done ever since a friend recommended Dr. Mark to me something like 30 years ago.
I could write lots of examples from those years, but an old boss taught me long ago that actions speak louder than words. The action to highlight? When Dr. Gregory switched his practice to one… See more

Dr. Gregory has been my doctor for almost 30 years. I can't think of a better way of describing my relationship with him. He is the reason I joined the MDVIP group.

I enjoy going into see Dr Gregory. He is caring, thorough and can laugh with me. He followed up with me about my husband and his recent diagnosis of bladder cancer, checking to see how my husband was doing. Great follow thru.
