Nidhi Gill, MD

As an MDVIP-affiliated internal medicine physician with a specialized background in both inpatient and outpatient medicine, I am one of only a handful of physicians who manage the care of their patients, both in the office and while hospitalized. I am honored to have been named Top Doctor, Northern Virginia 2021. 

My unique approach starts from working with each patient as a whole rather than specific organ systems. With this personalized healthcare approach, I am able to help my patients understand and respect their bodies so they can better prevent disease and manage chronic conditions. I utilize my 15+ years of medical expertise to facilitate the process of achieving optimal health and wellness for my patients.

Communication is paramount to the doctor-patient relationship, and I spend the necessary time to develop meaningful and deep relationships with my patients. My primary objective is to help you achieve the healthy and rewarding lifestyle you intend to  live. I will partner with you at a personal level to assist you in reaching your goal. I also offer conveniences, like same- and next-day appointments that start on time, which may be found in concierge medicine practices.

I am one of the few remaining female MDVIP-affiliated internists in the northern Virginia area. My practice is located in Lansdowne, Virginia, serving the Leesburg and Ashburn areas, as well as Sterling, Reston, Vienna, Purcellville and Hamilton communities of northern Virginia. I am affiliated with Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg. My distinctive practice allows me to manage the care of my patients when admitted to Inova Loudoun Hospital.

As a primary care doctor board-certified in internal medicine, I also have interests in adult medicine, women’s health issues, preventive medicine, cardiovascular disease, cholesterol disorders, diabetes and hypertension. I speak fluent English, Hindi and Punjabi.
