Patricia J. Danaher, MD

I am a family medicine physician born and raised in Niagara County and have practiced here since 2002. I have treated thousands of patients of all ages from birth through end of life. I pride myself on delivering a more personalized model of primary care to my patients. This includes better addressing complex medical conditions, more care advocacy when specialists are needed and a greater focus on preventive health, mental health, women’s health, office-based surgical procedures, joint/therapeutic injections and integrative medicine.  

I believe time is not something physicians have much of in traditional medical practices. With a smaller patient panel, I have additional time with each patient to more closely listen, treat, educate and advocate. My MDVIP-affiliated practice affords me more time to help you navigate through a complex medical system and assist with care across specialists’ offices and hospital stays. The MDVIP model has shown to improve health outcomes for patients. 

My MDVIP affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. With an emphasis on prevention and wellness, you and I can partner together in a welcoming, small-town-feel environment to help you achieve your unique health goals.

I am also a Department of Transportation certified medical examiner and assist local companies with their employees’ health needs.  

I live in the community that I serve with my husband and my three boys.
