My goal as your personal doctor is to partner with you and help create a personalized healthcare plan to treat your current health problems and help prevent new ones. I understand and celebrate that family medicine patients have specific medical needs and desire a unique path to improved health. I will work with you at each step to assist you with making informed decisions toward achieving your goals – whether it's running your first marathon, improving your nutrition or reducing the use of medications when possible.

My passion is to provide you with personalized healthcare with an emphasis on prevention and wellness. In my practice, you will be treated as if you are a member of my family in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and you will benefit from the full extent of my education, expertise, compassion and understanding.

Practicing good medicine includes a partnership between doctor and patient – a partnership based on mutual trust and respect that is earned, not given. As an MDVIP physician, I have more time to develop close relationships with my patients and carefully review records, perform comprehensive exams and formulate an annual wellness plan that we can monitor throughout the year. There are no shortcuts to being healthy, no simple formulas, nor a “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to the well-being of my patients. My primary care practice is focused on you and how we can help make a happy, healthy future your reality.

With over 25 years of practicing full-spectrum family medicine in the Fort Collins community, I have relationships with many specialists who may be able to assist with your unique needs. I also have interests in diabetes, hypertension, preventive medicine and dermatology. My practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.

I have courtesy privileges at UC Health Poudre Valley Hospital, and Banner Fort Collins Hospital in the community. I have surgical assist privileges at UC Health Harmony Campus Surgery Center and Fort Collins Surgery Center.
