Many years of seeing Dr. Fignar and with the MDVIP program we are able to receive the Quality of Care everyone should have. He has time to be more thorough and personalized care for the patients and it is beyond beneficial! I brag about my care to people that have to wait to see their doctor, unable to reach them in a timely manner, and do not have all the benefits of the in house level and… See more

My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
My MDVIP-affiliated practice, often compared to a concierge medicine practice, also offers conveniences like same- or next-day appointments. I offer longer, face-to-face visits and the ability to contact me after hours. We will focus on prevention strategies, and I have undergone extra training to make that benefit go even further.
- I am board certified in obesity medicine. This allows us to focus on nutrition, exercise and behavioral health strategies to help foster a healthier lifestyle, as well as possibly reduce health risks, cut personal healthcare costs and reduce medications.
- I trained in the BaleDoneen Method, focusing on helping to reduce risks for heart disease, stroke and dementia, just to name a few. To further support our focus in these areas, and in addition to the tests included in the annual MDVIP Wellness Program, we offer carotid ultrasounds (CIMT), oral pathogen testing, sleep studies, gut microbiome evaluation, cardiovascular genetics and lipoproteins.
- One is a genetic test for cardiovascular and cancer markers.
- Another is a multi-cancer detection test completed through bloodwork that can screen for 50 additional cancers.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Fignar
Dr. Fignar has got me through some difficult times Especially when I had my work injury. He agreed with everything I was trying to accomplish and Always trusted my judgment. Between him and my chiropractor I was able to gain my quality-of-life back and I appreciate the two of them so much for that. He is very thorough, a good listener and really truly cares about his patients.

I always feel comfortable going to the doctor because he and his staff how are really great people. I am grateful of The fact that Dr. Fignar understands the symptoms of my genetic disorder and how the disorder affects my life and my ability to function. I also feel comfortable contacting him and he knows who I am And what my conditions are.

As someone with chronic health issues, knowing that I have Dr. Finger in my corner as I search for new and innovative ways to treat my co-morbid conditions is invaluable. I have never had this kind of medical support and attention before. I can't imagine going back to the way it was before.
I am here today because of him I first went to Dr Fignar in 2004 complaining of some chest pain‘s and I was dealing with depression he sent me for test and the test came back non-conclusive a week later I called him while his office was under complete construction he had made arrangements with another physician in the building to have a facility for his patients I met Dr Fignar there and we… See more
Dr. Fignar is everything a physician should be: Highly proficient, conveys trust, takes time to explain medical issues and has the ability to put people at ease. My wife and I consider him a friend as well as our physician.
Since becoming a member of MDVIP, DR Fignar is always available & caring. He is there to respond to any inquiry on mom & she just loves the attention. With my recent scare in 2019, it is great to have DR Fignar get me on a proactive schedule regarding my health. We both appreciate all DR Fignar does for us!
I am truly fortunate to be part of this program. Dr. Fignar and his staff are caring and professional.
I love the fact my my physician is in practice to preserve one's health and help to mitigate future disease/medical conditions. I often feel many physicians are in the business to treat the sick, but not focusing on getting or preserving one's health. I thoroughly appreciate his ability to spend time with me and answer my questions. I also very much like the MDVIP messaging aspect so I can… See more
