Above and beyond help from all at Dr. Edelmann's office

A little over a month ago my husband changed jobs, and therefore changed insurance companies. I went to fill a prescription that I have been filling for over 20 years now and ran into issue after issue. First the Walgreens would only fill one weeks worth, stating they needed "preauthorization" from the doctor to fill the whole scrip. This happened 3 more times before I was finally able to get my full prescription! I was upset because I was going out of town and needed my scrip and couldn't get anyone on the insurance end to help. Carrie was on the job at Dr. Edelmann's! She spent hours on the phone, on a Friday afternoon no less, talking to the insurance company and myself, trying to sort things out. If it weren't for her determination to fix the issue, I would probably still be loosing my mind trying to sort through the insanity that is insurance. Thank you Carrie and the whole staff there, you guys are always amazing!!
