Always available and caring

My concerns are always attended to immediately. Never am I felt to feel my concerns are not important and after a visit Dr. Killen always follows up with a phone call. I would also like to compliment his staff. While everyone is very professional, the atmosphere is relaxed. I feel very lucky to be a patient at this office.

Recently, my dentist took my blood pressure and thought it high. The next morning I called Dr. Killen's office and he saw me within an hour. We discussed my situation, set out a plan for monitoring and he followed up with a call. My friends were impressed that I was able to see the doctor the same day. This kind of care in today's market is indeed exceptional. I'll admit, I am spoiled.

This attentiveness is not the exception, but the norm with Dr. Killen. I was cleaning a carving knife and cut my finger, and after two days, my finger was still bleeding. When I called the office, I was told to come to the office. It was attended to with instructions on how to care for it, so it wouldn't leave a scar.

While these were minor problems, Dr. Killen treated them with care and concern. I feel fortunate to be his patient. Thank you for being there for me and my husband.
