Always there for me

My story on Dr. John Z. Carter is not exceptional; it's just that he and his staff are exceptional people and always available, no matter what. I recently had an ER/hospital stay, resulting in a follow-up office call. This was nothing life threatening; however, Dr. Carter always demonstrates what a great listener he is. His advice is always thoughtful. He acknowledges my ideas and incorporates them in his recommendation for treatment/follow up. I am overall in good health at age 75 and usually visit only for the annual check up. But I know should I need more care, Dr Carter and his staff will be there to listen and guide me back to health.
