AVAILABILITY! That's my favorite. Dr. Shinder is there when I need her. I can get an appointment quickly. I can speak to her when I have a question.
When I see her, she is not in a hurry to get me out the door. I am comfortable in the world of MDVIP. There is no reason to panic if I become ill, because I will get the attention I need, when I need it.
I enjoy interacting with the friendly staff in her office.
