Dr Harkins has been our family doctor for over 25 years, We have never come in contact with a more knowledgeable and caring physician. He spends an enormous amount of time with each patient and is a kind and reassuring person.
If the Surgeon General gave us a diagnosis, we would certainly run it past Dr
Harkins before taking any action.
Sadly, the days of Doctors as efficient and caring are long gone.
