Several times in the past, Dr James Herman has called other provider practices and helped me get connected.
One, he arranged for a knee surgery when the surgeon was unwilling to operate for a year, I got my knee replacement almost immediately.
On another occasion Dr Herman secured an appointment for a Colonoscopy when I was facing a long wait.
It is very important for me , at age 78, to have a Primary physician with an ability to steer and secure Specialist Physician services and appointments for me.
