Dr John Carter is the best Dr hands down. I have been a patient of his since 1999, I have changed my Ins to stay with my Dr., he listens and he cares. I know about his family and he knows about mine. Dr Carter takes time to ask and answer any questions I have about my health care issues, I've had a lot through the years. We discuss my medications and alternatives. He's the best. PERIOD.
