I have been a patient of Dr. Carter 18 years. When Dr. Carter decided to join on with MDVIP, it was a no brainer for me. He has kept me healthy and well for all of these years. Not only is he my Doctor, but a very good friend as well. I will be very sad , when he retires. But I will be very happy as well. He deserves it.
