I had a festering cut on a finger. It didn't get any better and my spouse finally made me go to a quick care facility. Dr. Lampinen happened to be the attending physician there and immediately diagnosed me as having a severe infection. He sent me to the local emergency room hospital where I was admitted. He followed up the following days. I ended up spending a week in the hospital because the infection had gotten so bad and they didn't know what was causing it. They finally figured out what is was, changed the anti-biotics and I was discharged soon thereafter.

Because of my experience, Dr. Lampinen became my physician and he still is today -- nearly 14 years later!
