Dr. Mark makes his patients feel right at home and relaxed. He's a good listener and always has good advice/recommendations. He's responsive to emails, and appointments are really easy to get anytime you need one. I particularly appreciate that he does not pressure you into doing something you might have issue with (medication or procedure). Very easy to dialog with on any subject. Good all around experience.
