Dr. Penner has been my doctor for about 25 years. During all that time, I have found him to be calm, patient, and willing to listen to my reasons for the office visits. He has never given me reasons to feel he is rushed or quick to give prescriptions unnecessarily. I like being able to get in quickly for appointments as an MDVIP member. I like being able to have the wellness visit each year.
