Dr. Stapleton always takes time to listen to what I have to say ,(even if it does sound a little crazy) responds promptly to emails, genuinely cares about the lives of her patients. When I was on a trip to Miami and had an eye infection she immediately called in drops for me. I always seem to have an issue on the week ends but she never acts like its a bother.
