Great Doctor & Friend

I have no "one" particular incident to report, however Dr. Halper is a terrific doctor and excellent diagnostician. He is always available. He is a great listener, has a deep understanding of my issues, concerns and needs, and performs with empathy & professionalism. He is my doctor, but acts like a true friend. I am blessed to have him in my life.
