Situation arose recently on a weekend where I needed to contact Dr. Gray. When I called his number I was totally shocked, he answered the phone; I expected the traditional medical services representative would answer. I was so stunned that I had to take time to gather myself in order to remember why I was calling, Doc was is usual self, there was no hostility in his voice for being interrupted on a weekend; listening; and taking care of the issue. He is Number 1.
