He Showed Up Unexpectedly After I Was Admitted

I recently was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. Imagine my surprise when my husband mentioned Dr. O’Brien called him Sunday night to let him know he had stopped by my room to check on me but I was asleep. His amazing assistant Lynn showed up at 8:30am on Monday with cookies in hand to check in on me and O’Brien stopped by at noon to do the same. We still don’t even know how they knew I had been admitted to the hospital. This is what medical care should be like in a perfect world.
