We received a bill from a hospital which was not ours and had all kinds of errors. the bill had wrong number of injections , wrong dates etc. The hospital saidi they would correct it. The next week we received a threat from the collection agency. My wife was really upset. We called Dr Alter on a Sunday afternoon afternoon at home. She went to the hospital CEO and had it corrected. We are so gratefull for her kindness and understanding.
