When I signed up with you ( thru MDVIP) my health was at its lowest point ever. It had been years since I had been seen by a doctor and my ( lack of) health could prove it.
When I walked into your office I was given a new opportunity with my life , my health and overall well being. Everyday I strive to achieve a healthier/happier life. I am thankful for your knowledge I am grateful for your care ( you are genuine).
