I am thankful I made the decision to join MDVIP.

The service I receive from Doctor Payne and her staff has been excellent. Since the move to MDVIP, I have experienced the change is the service at each visit. Doctor Payne has always been a caring, dedicated physician but at times sensed how busy she was trying to meet the patient's needs and the schedule. She never expressed this.
With MDVIP, there is a more relaxed atmosphere. My annual physical was very comprehensive. When I returned for the results, Doctor Payne sat and went over every item answering all questions and I felt we had al the time necessary to discuss any questions. It was such a comforting feeling knowing how much she knows about my health and is able to take time to review it in such detail. Melissa, nurse, explained all the tests for the physical. All of this gave me so much confidence that my health is in the best of hands. Also knowing Dr. Payne is able to visit the hospital should a hospital stay is necessary. it is important to have your doctor involved with your care as they know more about you than the hospital doctors.
I recently had a very bad upper respiratory infection. When I called, I spoke with Melissa and she immediately set up an appointment for that day. The care I received was excellent. It continued on and I called again and the condition had changed and again I was seen that day. I appreciate how Dr. Payne listens and takes time to explain everything until I understand.
I am not often sick, but I appreciate that I know Dr. Payne ad her staff are there. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and most of all caring.
I am so appreciative one of my neighbors recommended Dr. Payne when I moved to Nashville. She is a wonderful person as well as Doctor..
