I just wanted to take the time to let you know just what it means to me to have a doctor that really makes me feel they care. Taking time with me, making me feel that you are not in a hurry to see your next patient, means so much.
Being the age of 70, it is important for me to have confidence in my doctor. I hope you continue to practice as a primary care physician (my doctor), as I believe you have a special gift with connecting with your patients.
Calling me back with results of my lab work, is another reason that my experience with your office has meant a lot. The staff is also very professional and kind.
