Jim, I missed the deadline for expressing my good fortune for having you for a personal physician and gratitude for your medical expertise in getting me to 85.
In one of my last visits with you I remarked how appreciative I was to have the opportunity to have your counsel on whatever the purpose of my visit, without the pressure of a limitation on your time.
I only hope that you continue your practice through my remaining lifetime.
