Hi Dr. Smith - 2016 was a year of a few issues ! Blue Cross/Blue Shield was not at all cooperative with MDVIP, but that is now resolved when I switched to GEHA. My hip and shoulder issues were addressed with surgery, physical therapy, or just time in healing. I so very much appreciate the regular communication and guidance you provided to me. You listened, gave me options, responded quickly when referrals were needed, and made me very assured to be in good hands. Thanks!
