Just wanted to say how thankful I am to have you as my primary doctor. You are always there for me to talk to. As you know I had a very challenging year in 2017. Although I was not physically able to know, I will always appreciate you coming down to the hospital early last year in my darkest moment and checking up on me. I am so fortunate to have you looking after my well being.
