I was a 30 year old smoker when I first became a patient of the GREAT Dr. Warman. For the next 12 years I never missed an annual and Dr. Warman would spend most of our sessions tactfully urging me to continue trying to quit - to never give up - that he wanted to see me one day be a healthy Dad. For 12 all twelve years I had to look him in the eye and disappoint him (and me) although he'd always stay positive..."try again", "this is the year", "let's get it done" he'd say. Long story short...we celebrated my year 13 annual with a big hug - we finally did it. I am now a non-smoker for 8 years and have a 6 month old baby girl at home. Thank you Dr. Warman for your persistence and positive reinforcement. Not sure I would have done it if not for you.
