One day in November 2016, I felt a lump on my collar bone. I called Dr. Okamura and his office had me come in right away. Immediately he determined my Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia appears to have gotten out of control. He left the exam room and called my oncologist and we right away determine the next steps. Thanks to Dr. Okamura, I was able to get into a clinical study right away and now my disease is under control. Quick acting and sincere caring is how I would describe Dr. Okamura.
