I am writing this for my husband because he no longer can write. We sold our home in 2015, due to my husband's poor health. At that time, he had been struggling for more than two years, with stooped posture, rigidity, tremors and low energy, but was never properly diagnosed by either his GP or oncologist.
I remember Dr. Ireland's statement, after Bob's first appointment with him, that he thought Bob had Parkinson's Disease. From that moment on, it was a totally new agenda with new meds, appropriate referrals, and a prognosis that we could understand.
Thank you, Dr. Ireland, and by the way, the perks of 'in house' lab work and x-rays, are nice too!
