Dear Dr. Maple,
Both Ann and I would like to thank you for your extra efforts regarding our health issues. You have made a difference in sorting out our problems.
For Ann, she is doing so much better since her back procedure with very little pain now. Her MS seems to be in check for now but still taking medication for this. She is now off all her pain management meds which is a big help.
As for me, the Pacemaker seems to be working as it should. I am about to finish the steroid injection3 (3) and will see D. Gurwitz about possible surgery.
Again, we both want to thank you for all your good work in getting both of us to a better health situation.
