Over 2 years I was diagnosed with a pancreatic tumor, PNET. It was discovered through an unrelated exam. Spiros guided me through my journey to Beth Israel & the fine team at the liver and pancreas clinic. Interestingly he initially said I do not think it’s cancer . Well after my surgery to remove part of my pancreas and spleen, guess what he was right it was benign !
I’m lucky and now I continue visit regularly for follow up.
