You have been a fantastic doctor and friend over the years. You always have given me as much time as needed during my appointments. Also, your advice and guidance has always been spot on. You go way beyond the call of duty. For example, you helped get our son-in-law into Siteman Center to get a second opinion about his sarcoma cancer -- and even had to help get a room for him so he could be released from the hospital in Denver -- in your after hours.
