MDVIP Ambassador Allison Smith

Allison Smith, who works for MDVIP affiliate Dr. James West in Roswell, GA, is an MDVIP Ambassador for going above and beyond the call of duty and making her patients feel welcome, and valued.

Allison is an incredible Medical Assistant! She is the front line for Dr. West and always treats me with kindness and respect. We always have cordial conversations when I am there whether she is preparing me to meet with Dr. West or drawing blood. She makes my visits pleasant and stress free and is thoughtful and considerate of my needs.

Due to an oversight on my part, I ran out of a drug that I must take daily. I ask Dr West if he had any samples that would hold me until my mail order prescription arrived. I was unable to go to his office (a 1-hour drive one way). Allison called and said she would bring it to me on her way home. Even though my house was a little out of her way and during a rain story, she met me with a 7-day supply. Thanks Allison.

Allison has always gone above and beyond to being kind, caring, and courteous. Besides always having a friendly smile she is one of a few that is always able to get blood in a single stick from me. In addition, she has gone out of her way to intervene with our prescription insurance company to get coverage on several prior authorization drugs. Please consider her for the Ambassador Club, she certainly deserves it.
