Ann C. Collins, MD

My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

Your vitality and vibrant experience of life are my goals as your private family physician. As an MDVIP-affiliated primary care doctor, I have more time to develop close relationships with my patients. You will be nurtured and supported in a warm, welcoming, and unhurried environment that brings ease to your busy schedule. Understanding your priorities, your family, and community supports and stressors allows me to personalize your care. We will effectively partner to treat your current health challenges and work together to prevent new ones.

I am board certified in both Family Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine. My personal practice of yoga, mindfulness, and organic whole food nutrition teaching allows us to take your medical care outside of the exam room, providing you with tools and experiences of nourished living. My passion is to support your well-being using less medication when possible.

I offer expertise in pediatrics, elder-care, adult medicine, executive medicine, diabetes care and prevention, cardiovascular health, stress/mental health/addiction issues, and women’s health. We welcome you to our Nourish Wellness family, and look forward to being of service to you and your family.
