About James W. Bosler III, MD
I believe the bond which exists between a patient and their doctor is very extraordinary. Commitment to the doctor-patient relationship is the key to effectively improving one’s health and wellness. I remain energized as I witness how the field of traditional medicine is enhanced by modern research and technology.
I practice with the belief that a health plan can improve a patient’s enjoyment of life itself. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.
As a native of Louisville, Kentucky, I have enjoyed the blessings of what the area and medical community have to offer. Good health is the answer to making the most of every moment. Outside of medicine, I enjoy helping others and volunteering in the community.

Dr. Bosler always takes the time to understand and properly diagnose, while showing genuine sympathy and a passion for healing. He is good at explaining everything.
Vida and other members of his staff are professional and very helpful, whether you are calling to make an appointment, refill a prescription, etc. I never wait more than 5-10 minutes to get back to an exam room.
They also have an extremely in depth annual wellness exam. They do a deep dive on the bloodwork and other testing and give you a full and easy to understand report the compares previous and current results.
I so happy to be free of the traditional primary care system. I can call from anywhere in the US or globally and talk to my doctor, practically anytime. That's huge for me and gives me a higher level of protection and care.
Once I flew to Dallas and forgot my prescriptions. I called when their office opened and they sent in my prescriptions to a Walmart pharmacy near me and they were ready within hour. I took my medicines on time. They are on top of everything.

Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
